Refrigeration system for a new potato processing plant, with a primary circuit with R-404A refrigerant centralized in a specific machine room, reducing to a minimum the refrigerant charge of the installation and the risk of leakage. This installation cools a propylene glycol solution as a secondary refrigerant which is pumped to the different refrigeration services of the plant.
